  "long_title": "This Order corrects four earlier statutory instruments - the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008, the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2009, the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2010, and the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2011 – and provides that, with effect from 14th November 2011, the functions conferred by or under section 6 or by section 7 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 are to be carried out by the various community safety partnerships to which those earlier statutory instruments relate.",
