# The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 2: Amendment of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008


In articles 2(1) and 3(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008 for “conferred by sections 6 to 7” substitute “conferred by or under section 6 or by section 7”.
