# The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 3: Amendment of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2009


In article 2(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2009 for “conferred by sections 6 and 7” substitute “conferred by or under section 6 or by section 7”.
