Article 2
The functions conferred by sections 6 to 7 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998f1 are to be carried out in relation to the local government areas of Worcester City Council, Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council as if they constituted only one area (“the combined area”).
