# The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2007, Article 2


The functions conferred by sections 6 to 7 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 are to be carried out in relation to the local government areas of Forest Heath District Council, St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Mid Suffolk District Council as if they constituted only one area (“the combined area”).
