# The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 12th September 2008.
