  "text": "(1) In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 1 (preliminary)—\n(a) after the words “a probation order,” there shall be inserted the words “ a drug treatment and testing order, ”; and\n(b) in paragraph (a), for the words “probation or community service order” there shall be substituted the words “ probation, community service or drug treatment and testing order ”.\n(2) After sub-paragraph (3) of that paragraph there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(4) In this Schedule, references to the court responsible for a drug treatment and testing order shall be construed in accordance with section 62(9) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.”",
