  "text": "In subsection (1) of section 307 of the 1995 Act (interpretation), in the definition of “officer of law”—\n(a) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(ba) any person commissioned by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise;”; and\n(b) in paragraph (e), for the words “class or persons” there shall be substituted the words “ class of persons ”.",
