Regulation 2 Transitional provisions

The first information period to which these Regulations apply shall be the information period beginning on the 1st April 2008.

(2)

The first information period within which information shall be disclosed under the 2007 Regulations, as amended by these Regulations, is the period beginning on 1st July 2008.
