  "heading": "Collection orders in respect of confiscation orders",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2(2), after the definition of “a sum required to be paid by a compensation order” insert—\n““a sum required to be paid by a confiscation order” means any sum required to be paid under an order made under section 6 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002;”.\n(3) In paragraph 13(1) (content of collection orders), in paragraph (aa)—\n(a) in the words before sub-paragraph (i), after “compensation order,” insert “a sum required to be paid by a confiscation order,”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (i), after “compensation order,” insert “the amount required to be paid under the confiscation order,”.",
