# Crime and Policing Act 2026, Paragraph 52


In section 161E(5) (making an income reduction order) (as inserted by section 3 of the Sentencing Act 2026), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) section 15A (where court sentences before confiscation proceedings).”
