  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/1351 (N.I. 11)) (regulated activity) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1 omit—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (2A)(b), the words “(disregarding paragraph 2(3A) and (3B)(b))”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (2B)—\n(i) in paragraph (a)(ii), the words “(disregarding paragraph 2(3A) and (3B)(b))”;\n(ii) paragraph (b) and the “or” immediately before it;\n(c) sub-paragraph (2C);\n(d) sub-paragraph (13).\n(3) In paragraph 2 omit—\n(a) sub-paragraph (3A);\n(b) in sub-paragraph (3B), paragraph (b) and the “and” immediately before it;\n(c) sub-paragraph (3C).\n(4) Omit paragraph 5A and the italic heading before it.",
