  "heading": "Appointment of content manager following change of circumstances",
  "text": "(1) This section applies where—\n(a) the coordinating officer has given a service provider an appointment notice,\n(b) the provider has confirmed to the officer (in accordance with the appointment notice or under section 17(5)(b)) that there is no individual who meets the conditions in section 15(2), and\n(c) at any time within the period of two years beginning with the day on which that confirmation was given, there is an individual who meets those conditions.\n(2) The service provider must, before the end of the period of seven days beginning with the first day on which there is an individual who meets those conditions—\n(a) appoint such an individual as the provider’s content manager for the purposes of this Chapter, and\n(b) provide the coordinating officer with the content manager’s contact details.",
