  "text": "(1) The Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 42 (police directions stopping harassment etc of a person in their home), in subsection (1)(b)—\n(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—\n“(iii) that they should not have done something they were entitled or required to do; or\n(iv) that they should have done something they were not under any obligation to do;”.\n(3) In section 42A (offence of harassment etc of a person in their home), in subsection (1)(b)—\n(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—\n“(iii) that they should not have done something they were entitled or required to do; or\n(iv) that they should have done something they were not under any obligation to do;”.",
