  "heading": "Duty to notify changes in required information",
  "text": "(1) This section applies where a service provider has, in accordance with an appointment notice or under section 16(2)(b) or 17 provided the coordinating officer with required information.\n(2) The service provider must give notice to the coordinating officer of any change in the required information.\n(3) The notice must specify the date on which the change occurred.\n(4) The notice must be given before the end of the period of seven days beginning with the day on which the change occurred.",
