  "text": "(1) In section 63B of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (testing for presence of drugs)—\n(a) in subsection (1) omit paragraph (c);\n(b) omit subsections (4A) and (4B);\n(c) in subsection (10), omit the definition of “relevant chief officer”.\n(2) In section 7 of the Drugs Act 2005 (testing for presence of Class A drugs), omit subsections (7), (13) and (14).\n(3) In section 9 of that Act (initial assessment)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “and”;\n(ii) after paragraph (c), for “, and” substitute “.”;\n(iii) omit paragraph (d);\n(b) omit subsections (5) to (7).\n(4) In section 10 of that Act (follow-up assessment)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”;\n(ii) after paragraph (b), for “, and” substitute “.”;\n(iii) omit paragraph (c);\n(b) omit subsections (6) to (8).",
