# Crime and Policing Act 2026, Section 212: Special police forces: barred persons lists and advisory lists

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Schedule 25 makes provision for barred persons lists and advisory lists to be maintained by—
(a) the British Transport Police Authority,
(b) the Civil Nuclear Police Authority,
(c) the Director General of the National Crime Agency, and
(d) the Secretary of State.
