  "text": "In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“supervised release order” has the same meaning as in section 209 of the 1995 Act (supervised release orders);\n“the 1984 Act” means the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984;\n“the 1986 Act” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986;\n“the 1989 Act” means the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989;\n“the 1993 Act” means the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993;\n“the 1995 Act” means the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.",
