# The Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 31st January 2011


The day appointed for the coming into force of the following sections of the Act is 31st January 2011:
(a) section 37 (application for variation or discharge of injunction);
(b) section 38 (power of court to remand).
