  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings section 37 and section 38 of the Crime and Security Act 2010 into force on 31st January 2011. Section 37 amends section 42 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 and section 38 amends Schedule 5 to that Act, both of which are also being brought into force on 31st January 2011.",
