  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings section 46 of the Crime and Security Act 2010 into force on 10th February 2011. Section 46 amends the Firearms Act 1968 by inserting a new offence of failing to take reasonable precautions to prevent minors from having air weapons.",
