  "text": "(1) Section 5 (offence of using unlicensed security operative) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)(c)—\n(a) for “licensable conduct” there is substituted “ conduct licensable under section 3 ”;\n(b) at the end there is inserted “ under that section ”.\n(3) In subsection (2)(a), after “a licence” there is inserted “ under section 3 ”.\n(4) In subsection (2)(b)—\n(a) for “licensable conduct” there is substituted “ conduct licensable under section 3 ”;\n(b) at the end there is inserted “ under that section ”.\n(5) In subsection (3), after “a licence” there is inserted “ under section 3 ”.",
