# Crime and Security Act 2010, Section 57: Financial provisions


The following are to be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of this Act;
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.
