  "text": "The following offences, as they are defined by the law of the issuing State, and if they are punishable in the issuing State by a custodial sentence of a maximum period of at least three years–\n(a) participation in a criminal organisation;\n(b) terrorism;\n(c) trafficking in human beings;\n(d) sexual exploitation of children and child pornography;\n(e) illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;\n(f) illicit trafficking in weapons, munitions and explosives;\n(g) corruption;\n(h) fraud;\n(i) laundering of the proceeds of crime;\n(j) counterfeiting currency;\n(k) computer-related crime;\n(l) environmental crime, including illicit trafficking in endangered animal species and in endangered plant species and varieties;\n(m) facilitation of unauthorised entry and residence;\n(n) murder or grievous bodily injury;\n(o) illicit trade in human organs and tissue;\n(p) kidnapping, illegal restraint and hostage-taking;\n(q) racism and xenophobia;\n(r) organised or armed robbery;\n(s) illicit trafficking in cultural goods, including antiques and works of art;\n(t) swindling;\n(u) racketeering and extortion;\n(v) counterfeiting and piracy of products;\n(w) forgery of, or trafficking in, administrative documents;\n(x) forgery of means of payment;\n(y) illicit trafficking in hormonal substances and other growth promoters;\n(z) illicit trafficking in nuclear or radioactive materials;\n(za) (z1) trafficking in stolen vehicles;\n(zb) (z2) rape;\n(zc) (z3) arson;\n(zd) (z4) crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court;\n(ze) (z5) unlawful seizure of aircraft or ships;\n(zf) (z6) sabotage.",
