  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis instrument revokes six Orders which designated areas for the purposes of section 118B of the Highways Act 1980 (c. 66). Sections 118B and 119B of that Act enable a council which is a highway authority, for the purposes of preventing or reducing certain crime or for protecting school pupils or staff in relation to certain activities, to make orders stopping up or diverting the line of certain highways within such designated areas.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced as no impact, or no significant impact, on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
