  "text": "(1) A transfer under paragraph 1(2A) shall have effect subject to—\n(a) such a condition as is mentioned in paragraph 6(1)(a); and\n(b) such other conditions (if any) —\n(i) as the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland may think fit to impose, in the case of an order made by the Department, or\n(ii) as the Secretary of State may think fit to impose, in the case of an order made by the Secretary of State.\n(2) Such a condition as is mentioned in paragraph 6(1)(a) shall not be varied or removed.\n(3) A condition imposed under sub-paragraph (1)(b) may be varied or removed at any time by the person who imposed it.",
