# Criminal Appeal Act 1995, Paragraph 13


In Article 28(3) of the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 (power of county court to increase punishment on appeal), after “1954” insert “ but subject to section 12(6) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 ”.
