We, the Crown Court Rule Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred upon us by sections 84(1) and 86 and 87(4) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 and section 111 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”) hereby make the following Rules:
