Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

In these Rules any reference to the principal Rules is a reference to the Criminal Appeal Rules 1968^f1 as amended by the Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1978^f2.
