  "long_title": "These Rules amend the Criminal Appeal Rules 1968, to provide for the form of a notice of an appeal against an order or decision of the Crown Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction to punish for contempt of court, and to provide that notice be given of an application in respect of an order for retrial made by the Court of Appeal. These changes supplement amendments to the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 made by section 43 of, and Schedule 15 to, the Criminal Justice Act 1988.",
