# The Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1989, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1989 and shall come into force on 31st July 1989.
(2) In these Rules, “the principal Rules” means the Criminal Appeal Rules 1968.
