# The Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1989, Article 2: Appeals against order or decision on contempt of court


In rule 2(1) of the principal Rules, after the words “the Act” there shall be inserted the words
“or notice of appeal under section 13 of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 (as required by section 18A of the Act) against an order or decision of the Crown Court”.
