Article 5

In rule 19 of the principal rules (transcripts), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following—

“(a)

shall, on request be supplied to the Registrar or any interested party; and

(b)

may, on request, be supplied to any other person,

on payment of such charge as may be fixed for the time being by the Treasury.”.
