Regulation 3 Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009

In regulation 10(1) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(f)

that the costs incurred in connection with the enforcement of the order may be added to the amount payable under the order.”.
