Regulation 5 Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009

In regulation 35(1) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(e)

that the costs incurred in connection with the enforcement of the order may be added to the amount payable under the order.”.
