# The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order is made in order to correct the omission, in the definition of “the Contract” in the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order, of reference to the amendments made to that contract on 12th March 2001 to provide for different rates of remuneration for police station work.
