Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 2nd August 2004.

In this Order reference to an article or Schedule by number alone means the article or Schedule so numbered in the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001f1.
