# The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 4: Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001


In paragraph 4 in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Order after sub-paragraph (1A) insert —
“(1B) Paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 applies to solicitors in respect of proceedings in the Crown Court and Court of Appeal as it applies to advocates.”.
