# The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 10: Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007


In article 6—
(a) in paragraph (5), after “A claim” insert—
“under paragraph 15 or 22 of Schedule 2 to this Order”;
(b) in paragraph (6), for “6(1)” substitute “25”;
(c) omit paragraph (9).
