(a)

(i)

after “a claim for fees”, insert “by an instructed advocate, where”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (a)—

(aa)

omit “in the case of an instructed advocate, where”;

(bb)

at the end of the sub-paragraph, insert “and”;

(iii)

omit sub-paragraph (b);

(iv)
