  "text": "In article 24—\n(a) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) Where the appropriate officer determines that the fees payable under paragraph (1) are greater than or less than the amount claimed by the litigator under article 6(1), he must notify the litigator of the amount he has determined to be payable.”;\n(b) in paragraph (2)(a), for “and” substitute “or”;\n(c) in paragraph (3), omit “or paragraph 14(5) of Schedule 2”;\n(d) omit paragraph (4).",
