# The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2009, Article 29: Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007


In paragraph 25 of Schedule 2—
(a) in each of sub-paragraphs (1), (2), (5)(a) and (5)(b), for “the contract” substitute “the Very High Cost Case contract”;
(b) omit sub-paragraph (4).
