  "text": "After Part 3 of Schedule 1 insert—\n“PART 3A\nFixed fee for Guilty Pleas and Cracked Trials\nScope of Part 3A\n7A. This Part applies to a case committed to the Crown Court on the election of a defendant where the magistrates’ court has determined the case to be suitable for summary trial.\nFixed fee for guilty pleas or cracked trials\n7B. The fee payable to an advocate in relation to a guilty plea or cracked trial to which this Part applies must be £203 per proceedings.”.",
