  "text": "In paragraph 17 of Schedule 2—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (3)(a), after “sub-paragraph (2)” insert “of paragraph 16”.\n(b) after sub-paragraph (3)(b) insert—\n“(c) where appropriate the fee set out in paragraph 8B.”;\n(c) after sub-paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) In a case where the representation of one defendant would attract a fixed fee under Part 2A and the representation of one or more of the other defendants would attract a graduated fee under Part 2, the total fee in the table following this paragraph means the fee falling within sub-paragraph (3)(b).”.",
