Where a representation order is granted for proceedings in the magistrates’ court—\n(a) any contract for the provision of representation must provide for the payment by the Commission at the fees and hourly rates set out in Schedule 5; and\n(b) claims for the payment of expert services must be determined in accordance with article 15A.”.",
