# The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 4: Amendments to the 2007 Order


In article 6(2) and article 14(1), after “Crown Court” insert “or in proceedings in a magistrates’ court which are subsequently committed to the Crown Court”.
