  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese regulations amend the Criminal Defence Service (General) (No. 2) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1437) to provide for an increase in the financial eligibility limits for advice and assistance and to take account of change made to the system of tax credits under the Tax Credits Act 2002.",
