# The Criminal Defence Service (General) (No.2) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2


(1) At the end of regulations 3(2)(f) and 3(2)(g) omit “and”.
(2) After regulation 3(2)(h) insert—
“; and
(i) proceedings under sections 2, 5 and 6 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 relating to the making or extension of a closure order, and appeals against such an order”.
