# Criminal Evidence (Amendment) Act 1997, Paragraph 11


Any offence under any of the following provisions of the Firearms Act 1968—
(a) section 16 (possession of firearm with intent to injure);
(b) section 17 (use of firearm to resist arrest); and
(c) section 18 (carrying firearm with criminal intent).
