# Criminal Evidence (Amendment) Act 1997, Paragraph 8


Any offence under either of the following provisions of the Explosive Substances Act 1883—
(a) section 2 (causing explosion likely to endanger life or property); and
(b) section 3 (attempt to cause explosion, or making or keeping explosive with intent to endanger life or property).
